Upscale your roof

with an upscale

roofing team

At Reliant Roofing we take the guessing out of the game. No more assumptions. And no antics.

We serve as Roofing Guides to lead you through the process from evaluation to installation.

As former Insurance Executives we know the best way to work with insurance companies and we know the claims process. We don’t take lightly the financial challenges the homeowner has. The insurance claims adjuster wants to make sure it goes smoothly and everything gets covered. And so we work within the relationship to ensure the roof can be installed quickly and under budget, being fair to the homeowner and the insurance company.

Roofs, confidence, and professionalism restored.

The REPUTATION of roofers

is not of prestige and honor.

For a property owner choosing the wrong roofer is known to result in questionable quality, deceitful tactics, and an unbecoming operation that has even your neighbors squeamish.

You need a roof you are confident will last for the next 30 years.

Moreover, you want the job completed in a professional and virtuous manner.

The problem is in the difficulty knowing who to trust.

Roofing Guide

You may find it interesting that our Roofing Guides come from an insurance industry background. We will help you understand what's at stake, the mistakes, the questions to ask, and the signals for deciding if you’ve found the right roofing company for you.  And we hope you’ll find it’s us!

In our previous life as Insurance Executives we’ve seen the atrocities committed on homeowners. And boy, do we have stories.

When a roofer offers you a cash kickback, or they offer to bill your insurance directly, or they ask for money upfront please kindly shut the door. These are highly unethical practices. We’ve seen failed insurance claims because of these tactics. And worst of all, one year later when there are problems with your roof... that installer stops returning phone calls.

We started Reliant Roofing to make sure those horror stories don't happen to you.

Your Guide to a New Roof

In 4 Simple Steps

STEP 1: Book a Call with a Roofing Guide.

We can discuss the situation on the phone and schedule a visit.

STEP 2: Call your insurance agent.

You will have to file a claim with your agent who will then send an Insurance Adjuster to your property.

STEP 3: Insurance Adjuster Visit.

There are some critical questions you must ask the Adjuster while on property. Without these details the process may stall or might set unclear expectations. See below for our free resource.

STEP 4: Installation Day.

Once the Adjuster confirms the job you will have 60 days to install the new roof. By this time our Roofing Guide will have helped you select colors, materials, and delivery timeframe so that our installation team can accomplish the job in just one day.

At Reliant Roofing & Restoration we know you are the kind of owner who takes pride in your home.  You also take pride in your neighborhood.  So when it’s time for a new roof it must look great and be installed quickly.  But perhaps more importantly you want to be confident in the longevity and quality of installation by professionals you are simply not embarrassed to have at your house.

The problem is finding a roofer you can trust, which makes you feel uneasy like maybe there is a problem with the roofing industry.  We don’t disagree. We believe a real professional roofing company shouldn’t make the process feel suspicious.  As former insurance executives we’ve seen the horrors of roofers taking advantage of people.  That’s why we set out to restore confidence in an industry where professionalism should be required.

Here is how it works:

1.Talk to a Reliant Roofing Guide. Then schedule a visit.

2.Call your Insurance Agent to file a claim.

3.Insurance Adjuster walk-through day

4.New Roof Installation Day

So schedule a call with a Roofing Guide so you can avoid a devastating encounter with the wrong roofer, and have a positive experience even your neighbors might compliment.

4 QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR INSURANCE ADJUSTER

If you've already got an Adjuster scheduled to visit your property, these are the questions you must ask. Getting answers to these questions will enable you to take control of the process, demonstrate your level of sophistication to the Adjuster, ensure you get fully compensated, and manage the timeline.

Take control of the process with this guide.
